Cali and I made cookies and I whipped up this book cover while she was napping. I had NO clue what I was doing, so it’s pretty rough.
Tess will be staying in the hospital for the next week while I’m up north. She’s most definately gonna scratch out my eyeballs when I pick her up.
One of my favorite Bloggers, Jenny B Harris over at allsorts, has opened a cozy, online Book Nook with a fantastic selection of finely illustrated, whimsical children’s books along with a variety of classics.
I plan on being a regular customer and encourage everyone else to do the same. We self-made business women have to stick together!

Well, we dropped off Tess at the Animal Hospital early this morning. She nutted up in the car. Slammed against the windows like a baby bird. I finally got her to calm down….but I’ve got some battle wounds on my hands. Stay tuned….we should know something by mid morning.

I finished up another one of these shirts for Cali. She’s probably gonna get sick of wearing them! I had actually gotten this fabric at Goodwill for $1.75……and there were about 50 yards of it! Frugal Schmoogle, ya’ll!
