CARAMEL CAKE  
CAKE:

2 sticks butter at room temp
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
3 cups sifted self-rising flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

 FILLING:

2 sticks butter
2 cups packed light brown sugar
¼ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Snowman Tiles

These are the ornaments I made this year for family.  They’re painting on tile and I lined the back with felt.  Matt was able to drill a hole in the top for ribbon, so it all worked out.

Most Best Ever Favorited Gift Always

The greatest thing I received this year (besides the Sleep Mist from my hubby) was this digital camera from my Mom and Stepdad.  I absolutely love it!!!  I can’t wait to start experimenting with it.  It’s got all kinds of scenery settings including one for cuisine.  Now maybe my close-ups will turn out!

Nog

I made homemade eggnog this year and it was devoured.  I’m not a fan of the Nog myself…but this stuff wasn’t bad at all.  If anyone is interested, here’s the recipe:
